How to Eliminate Negative Thought From Your Head


Negative thinking can become a habit. The thought of going to sink and get stuck in a negative area until you take action to remove it.

When you first start thinking negatively, you might try and force your negative thoughts out of your head. You try as hard as possible to stop thinking negatively and push them out.

But this approach often backfires. Against these negative thoughts actually it can reinforce patterns of thinking and just make things worse. The more you try not to think about 

something, the more you really think about it.

if you want to get rid of negative thoughts, you need to try a different approach. Here are seven ways to clear your negative thoughts.
1. Change your body language
Take a moment to observe your body language. Are you bending with a closed stance? Do you frown?

If so, you're more likely to think negatively.

Bad body language can lower your self-image and lead to a lack of confidence. Thus, in an emotional state, into something normal to start having negative thoughts.

try sitting upright with aplomb. Open your attitude and smile more.

Fix your body language and you will feel much better. This may be what you need to purge negative thoughts.
2. Express your thoughts
Sometimes negative thinking occurs because you have a problem or you need to express emotion or remove it.

Not good keep it to yourself. If you have something that needs to be addressed, you should talk to someone.

Putting what is in the mind in the form of words can help you put things into perspective so you can find the root of the problem.
3. Take one minute to calm your mind of all thoughts
because a lot of thoughts in your head, it will be difficult to control the thoughts that arise - especially the negative thoughts.

Try to slow it down. One minute tranquility that is often required.

It's like meditation - you clear your mind. Think of it as a reboot. Once empty, you can fill it with something a little more positive.
4. Change your thinking sentence
Sometimes negative thoughts are the result of a bad perspective. Take a look at your perspective on things that are happening around you.

For example, rather than you think, "I'm going through a difficult time and will have trouble," better think "I'm facing some challenges, but I'm trying to find a solution."

You basically are saying the same thing, but the latter has a more positive viewpoint. But sometimes change small sentences can make a big difference to your mindset.
5. be creative
When negative thoughts arise, you can neutralize with spend some creative time.

Find something to get creative things in your mind. Draw or paint anything - even if you have to use crayons. As long as you use your creativity to put out negative thoughts, then it 

can work.

Explore your emotions through creative actions that can improve your mood back.

Creativity as a freedom. When you put your emotions through an art form, you put them out of your system and clean it.
6. to walk
Sometimes our mind is a product of the environment in which we live. For example, if you are surrounded by negative people, you will probably start thinking negatively in turn.

Avoiding negative environment can be very helpful. Take the time to walk around alone away from everyday situations. Go to a place that can lift the mood like a park or museum.

Time spent to keep away from the negative influences can give you peace of mind.
7. Start making a list of what you're thankful for
Do you forget all the good things that have happened to you? Sometimes in everyday life, we lose focus on all things going well in our lives.

If it reflects you, then you need to re-train your mind to focus on all the good things happening around you, is not that bad.

Make a list of all the things you are thankful for, no matter how small it is. Sometimes good things happen in our lives right in front of our face and we still fail to see it.

Stop being blind to the positive things you already have during this time.
